When I try to login with my Facebook account - it keeps telling me that my username and/or password is incorrect. I know for a FACT that it is not. Is this a technical problem being worked on? What else can I do? I do not want to lose all my progress - I have been playing this game for so very long.

When I try to save my progress through the facebook app it says “wrong email and password combination” which isn’t correct. How can this be fixed?
I’m not about to give up 15,000 levels and start over with the apple app!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue! And, yes! It is not just you as we have reported few more complaints about the same. I have reported the issue to our Community In-charge.
Note: Please do not reinstall your game as it will remove all your saved boosters & Lives.

hello. For a couple weeks My candy crush account kept logging out every time I closed the app. Do I would have to relog in and I would select through my facebook account. Well today when I tried I’m getting an error message stating my email and password doesn’t match which they should cuz I checked Facebook. How do I fix candy crush to be able to use facebook as my log in? Thanks

What you were experiencing for the past few weeks is a setting change from Facebook.
But, the issue you are experiencing with the error message is not a setting change on your side, but a glitch in the game.
I have reported to our Community In-charge and the Candy team will be looking at it tomorrow.
Like I said above, it is not a glitch on your side! Hence, please do not delete your game, but wait until the glitch is fixed.
