Hi! This happened to me as well! I had to CREATE a NEW ACCOUNT just to get in here to report as I could not log into SUPPORT using my game account to report this issue. I BELIEVE that my account was HACKED, but I am seeing that a lot of people are having the same issue I did.
I was playing on May 16th, fell asleep, then woke up to my account with a frog instead of my MS Rhino and SET ALL THE WAY BACK TO level #1. I am at level 15500+. I have a different username and password than what I used here to log this report. I don't want to put details here. Once I am contacted via a support person, I can provide my email address to my game account.
I, too, have restarted/shutdown my phone but it did not work. In case it was a glitch with the game, I have checked back with the game to see if I was restored. As of this report, I HAVE NOT been restored. So, I really don't know if I was hacked or if there is a glitch. My email address for the game IS NOT ALL CAPS. So, again, could I have been hacked or does this glitch also affect some of us with lowercase emails. Can SOMEONE from support please contact me via this email account so I can get my game restored? PLEASE! THANK YOU!
Same problem. I had to login again in the middle of a game, I lost my profile picture, gold. all my friends, all my lifes (170+), I was first in the champions race in the episode and didn't get any gold when finishing it.
When will it be rolled back to my old settings?
