Cannot login with Facebook
recently have login issues that it was asking me every time to sign in with Facebook. I deleted the game and Facebook and reinstalled them both. It still didn’t work. Then I removed the game from my Facebook and now I’m getting these msgs (pictures) Please help! I’m close to level 6000 so I can’t lose it. Logging in with Facebook is the only way I do it.

Our Community In-charge team has provided some Help Articles and tips to help the players. Can you please try the steps given below and see if that helps to improve the issue⬇️
Below steps will help to fix majority of Facebook connection issues and get you back reconnected:
- Download the latest version of Facebook and the game from your device's app store.
- Check if you have the latest software on your device.
- Open the game and if you are able to, disconnect it from Facebook or the Kingdom.
- Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
- If you have recently changed your Facebook password, this needs to be updated on your device as well. To do this, please remove the connection to Facebook via the settings menu in the game, log out from Facebook on your device, and then connect again with your new password.
- Try to connect to a Wi-Fi connection instead of using your cellular data.
If you're still having issues with connecting to Facebook, try connecting through Safari:
- Delete the Facebook app from the device if you have it installed
- Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (Super important).
- Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds
- Turn on the device again
- Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
- Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
- Once you're connected you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish
If you're still unable to connect then you can try deleting the game and reinstalling it.
