All you have to do is restart the game app - (always make sure you have the latest game app version installed) π

it doesnt work π©, i changed my Mail Adresse at my King Account and on Facebook i delete Candy Crush because i cant change there the Mail Adress from candy Crush. Now is everything away. I Need really help. I am Level 14869

Still dont work. No gold no friends.

My friends, gold and boosters are still gone. Everything is updated. I'm on a windows pc. I did make a ticket, so I hope someone can get back to me.
Anyway, no solution for me π
Login with the installed Version was possible, but no Change: no gold, no friends, no nothing. Except level was right.
Tried them to re install the game.
Not good. Now everything is gone. Starting at level 1...
Did you have any luck getting this corrected?
This did not work for me. I still have no gold bars, my profile picture has changed, and I don't have any "friends". That said, I never connected my Candy Crush account to a Facebook account (because I don't have Facebook).
