Hi to all moderators/community managers on the CCS forum!
I'm stopping by this support area to report a problem that is causing my game. When a pop-up event message "Candy Royale" appeared, my game suddenly went dark and it appears that there is a new event, but no, this means that my CCS game froze like this that it doesn't want me to touch any event or option that I can proceed in the game and it didn't allow that to happen.
But this freezing of my game happens when I was online and as soon as I turned it off to "offline" the game continues normally and without problems and I don't know exactly why this suddenly happened, this freezing or crashing that doesn't want to be clear on my map. So, kindly you guys (moderators/managers), could you guys fix this problem that is causing in CCS?

Thank you for reporting , Which device are you play ?I will give this feedback to the game team, in the mean time Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level

I am playing on my Samsung Galaxy A22 phone device.
As incredible as it may seem, my CCS game is still working fine, but if this happens again I will try to follow your steps and maybe it will work.

You are welcome!😊 In my case about this problem with the screen going dark in my game, it is now working so far, although it lasted last Friday as I had mentioned after reporting this problem.
