I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

Just wondering… is the store in your Android phone working alright?
This did not solve the issue. I have found out my tablet is a kindle. My phone is android. Hopefully your team will find this issue and resolution soon. I look forward to receiving an update and I really hope my coins are not lost in the process since most of them I have purchased

(1) The first thing to try is to restart your device. This usually reconnects and refreshes your links to the Store;(2) Also, ensure you have installed the latest update of the Google Play Store app;(3) Finally, clear the Google Play Store cache by using below steps (this is important)…

I've not been able to connect to the app store for 3 days now - on my PC . All is up to date, cookies have been deleted etc etc
Hi, I've since logged out and uninstalled the app then reinstalled and signed back in.
It seems to be working ok now but I have lost my 100 plus saved lives and my extras that I had. It did give me back my gold bars though.

When playing candy crush on my Kindle, for the past couple of days it's been unable to connect to the App store so can't use my gold to buy extra moves or extras. Please help as tried the logging out etc, clearing cache etc but still not working!

Can't connect to app store in candy crush saga. I have logged out, restarted tablet and logged back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have cleared cache. Nothing is working. This has been going on for 3 days.
it’s not just you guys, I have no contact with the store despite restarts, and I had just purchased 2 hrs of lives, and I can’t use my gold bars to get out of levels
I tried to play on my laptop, edge internet. Shop worked for four games. Now I have the same issue on a different interface.

But, I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled the App😕 Losing your boosters and saved lives is the result of reinstalling your game! Unfortunately, they cannot be restored unless you have purchased them with real money!!
With regards to the Connection issue to the Store, some other players also experiencing this on their Kindle Fire device.
The issue was reported to the game team and they are investigating it. If your game causes issue again, please do not reinstall your game but, let us know🍫🍫
I made a purchase of gold bars, and then the store quit working. I am unable to use gold bars to get extra moves or make purchases to assist in the game. This has been going on since 1145 am est. I use a Fire Tablet. My purchases on the game show Amazon.
I have also done all the steps recommended and still not working correctly. So I have lost the purchase because it is not showing up and the store does not work.
Hiya, I'm still experiencing the same issue and not able to connect to the app store so can't purchase anymore which is a shame as getting bored with it now ☹️

Log Out and Log Back In
I uninstalled it from my phone. I am only going to play on my tablet

Hi. I was happily playing Candy Crush, then I wanted to use my gold bars to help me out. Can not connect to app store Amazon. I have great internet connection, cleared cache, un installed. Shut down, I've done the lot. Once reinstalled the connection app works, but still lost the extras that I had built up over the years. But once I come out and then say an hour later I want to play again, it says can not connect to app store. All the other King games I have work perfectly fine like Farm Heros, connection to app store no problem. Candy crush works fine on my phone too. What's going on? I've got to the point where I'm just not interested anymore. Phone is to small to play games.
Edge/laptop is able to buy extra moves, use bars, etc. Kindle shop has changed from Pink to purple background, but still no text. Candy Crush 1.278.1.1

I won Candy Royale today along with 3 other players I was supposed to get 150 gold and the claim button came on the screen but when hit it said a Connection Issue.
When this is resolved, will you provide bonuses or credits to everyone impacted? I've lost lives, boosters and streaks. This is setting back my progress and I can't get all those things back.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
