I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

I've restarted my Amazon Fire. Cleared cache. Nothing.
I am on a kindle. Never any problems until two days ago. I am not sure if I have the latest version.
I am using a kindle and now get the circle and won't connect. I am able to connect to candy crush candy and was able to connect earlier and more can't.

I am playing on my fire tablet and the game can't connect to Appstore. This been going on for 2 days. I clear my storage and cache.. Which I lost all my rewards.. (Yeah me 😑). I restarted my tablet and still not working. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, regular troubleshooting steps won't work as the issue is not on your side! Until King resolves the glitch and sends a fix, you will be experiencing this connection error! But, please do not reinstall your game as it did not solve the issue for other players!
And, to answer your main question… No! We did not receive any information on the fix yet! Please keep an eye on our main thread for all updates on the issue (click on the Green letters) —> Amazon Device not connecting to Store - Under Investigation!

As with other users on this forum, my kindle can't access the Appstore for in game purchases. The issue started yesterday, and like everyone else I've done force stop on the game, rebooted the kindle several times, and restarted the game several times.
Using Amazon Tablet
Candy Crush version1.278.1.1
when King contacts Amazon, they need to use the term Fire Tablet and not Kindle. Kindle Fires were only sold from 2011-2013 when they were renamed Fire Tablets. It's possible that the only answer the person contacting Amazon might get is "Kindles don't run apps (they don't)"
that said, I still can't make in-app purchases on my Fire for two days. Seems like King is losing a lot of potential income from in-app purchases.

I've been having this problem since last night, and now it's 4PM. I lost my streak and some boosters before I realized this was happening. I won't play again until I'm sure I can connect to my gold bars.
