In that case, you are also experiencing the same issue as some other players that are using Kindle Fire device, which was reported and being investigated by the Game Studio team.
Please keep an eye on this thread for latest update and for the ETA on the fix (click on the Green letters) —> Connection Issue on Amazon Kindle Fire device.
