Daily level completion

I did level 1 per day but I didn't get the prize after level 7 today.

Please follow below steps to send your complaint from your mobile device⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* In the Help Center, scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
* Look for "Daily Win" and click on it;
* Check if there is any information pertaining to missing rewards.  If not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill up the form and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email which works like an acknowledgement.  Send a reply to that email itself and explain the issue.  If you have any screenshots which shows that you did not receive your reward, please attach them in your reply.

An agent will be contacting you within 72 hours (depending how busy the are).
