I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your level progress!
Can you show me a screenshot of your game map? Some players are given a chance to play a special feature that takes them to different map- which starts from level 1!!
I just like to make sure if you have received that special feature or lost the game progress! Hence, I need to see your game map.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
