So annoying to loose this! I won’t play Candy Crush without being able to use PIP at the same time. When will it go back to normal / get fixed?!
Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps @Bexii🤗 Yes, you are right! The issue is bothering only Candy Crush Saga players!
But, we do not have an ETA on the fix yet! May be we will receive an update on Tuesday as all the Kingsters will be back tomorrow and start working on the issue🤞

Have tried all that, it’s definitely a CC issue as PIP works for all other apps I use just not CC.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Picture in Picture mode. Sometimes an update can change the settings on your device so here are a few steps you can try to get it working again:
Try all those steps and see if it helps or not!

A screenshot won’t show the problem - it pauses the PIP every time you open CC.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
