Hey, just won 3 races on the bounce, didn’t get the gold bars awarded, also just won a candy royal, 250 bars, didn’t get them either, feel conned.

With regards the reward from Candy Royale, there was a glitch few weeks ago! Looks like it is still affecting some players😕
Please follow below steps to send your complaint to King Player Support team as any & all missing rewards will be dealt by them⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

With regards the missing Gold Bar rewards from 5 Races, I would like you to clarify if you are having this issue in Episode Race!
If it is the Episode Race, after winning each Race - does your profile icon just move to the next episode and does not give you any Gold Bars? If so, along with me, 3 of us are experiencing this issue.
Did you try to contact the King Player Support team from your game? Did you receive any response from them?
5 races i’ve won now without receiving gold bars at the end, plus the 250 from candy royal.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your deserving Gold Bars from both the race events 🙁
You will have to contact the King Player Support team and send them a compliant about your missing rewards. Do you need help with the steps & instructions? If so, can you please tell me which device you are using?
