Mostly if there was any concern that there was some hacking or the like going on. Basically to just confirm it just being bugged code that also happens to have another bug with it.

Hi @QueenB I must admit I thought there would be more replying to this, as I know many more who also see Sneaky Melon Duck flash up in their friends list. The game ID's of those of us who replied are:

Not sure if this is also causing the problem of players not receiving lives. I have only received 1 life in 4 days but I know for definite that I am being sent many. Also others have sent comments saying they aren't receiving any. So is this issue connected or is it a different problem.
Look forward to seeing if the Studio find what the problems are and if they can be fixed.

Thank you so much for gathering and sharing this feedback with the community. Iโve reported this issue, including the game IDs you provided, to the Studio and now we need to wait for them to have a look and investigate.
Regarding the issue of not receiving lives, I've also report this concern to determine if it is related or a separate problem.

The team has been looking at this issue and they have identified a possible that they will need to take care of so this is officially under investigation!
The issue seems to be that this particular player has either not set their name/nickname or we're having trouble fetching the info and is causing confusion. This is something we're going to look to improve ๐
As for problems receiving lives, it is not related to this issue.

About the lives, it's a different team that handled it so I will need to collect more details specifically to lives issue and see if I can find any pattern and how many players might be having this issue. Any help with that is much appreciated ๐๐

Hello Carol sad to read you are not getting the lives that I send you. I wish King would fix this problem, as so many of us send lives in good faith that others are receiving them. It is probably why more people in my friends list are asking for lives now, when b4 they hardly ever asked. I am still receiving the lives that you and others send me, so who knows why some people are affected and others are not.
Anyway, fingers crossed that this problem will be fixed soon. ๐ Have a nice day.

Hi Vicky @T0rr1e I seem to get them sporadically. Can go days without 1 then lots come through. This morning I had 4 showing from you ๐ 1 from Deryck, Kerrie and Christine. So it's not that they can't come through. Not received from Alienscar for a while even when I request, but that could be because he's my Sneaky Melon Duck. Never mind I will continue sending and hoping they get received ๐ซก
