there are no instructions on certain levels.
For instance what the heck is a monkling?

here's another issue, I have an account and my progress was deleted. You claim it can be restored but guess what? Mine wasn't and I have to start at level 1 again

@Carol-38 I have some news about our "Sneaky Melon Duck"
There seems to be an issue fetching player’s name/nickname so the team will have to take some time and investigate this and see how they can improve it.
This is I'm afraid a long process so I don't expect the issue to get solved right away but it will get fixed in the future 😉
Thank you again for collecting the feedback and for persisting on this, the issue would not have been detected if it wasn't for you all 😊

Hi @cthargano thank you for replying. I didn't think there were instructions as such on any level, what instructions do you mean? I must be missing something. As for a monkling I haven't heard of that in Candy Crush Saga only in Candy Crush Jelly Saga which I don't play. So where have you heard that from. Also don't forget we are all players like yourself and all have problems here and there, that's why it's good and handy to have King Community so that we can bounce off each other and get help.
This isn't really the right thread for us to be discussing all of this though as this thread is to do with Sneaky Melon Duck. So can I suggest that with regard your other question/problem, which is a big problem, of being set back to level 1, that you start a new Discussion or open a post in Support where I know you will get help. Also open other discussions if you need help or open a post in Support, there are so many in the Community with answers willing to help. Take care and good luck 🙂

Thank you @QueenB for the update 👍and with regard lives not being received is it the same information you would require 'Players game ID' s'. If it is I might wait for the Sneaky Melon 🦆to be fixed first then see what happens with my lives. I thought you was ignoring me with my other post when I mentioned the ⬇️ You know I'm going to throw it in every now and again but I do appreciate there's not a lot you can do 🤗

You was still quackers when I was sending lives this morning @Alienscar but I've just checked again and you are back to normal. Let's hope that's it and it's fixed 🤞

The problem seems to be growing. For the first time, I had 2 friends today who weren't the first in my list to be the duck. They were still near the top of my list but not back-to-back.
