Everytime I load Candy Crush app and try to reconnect my login with facebook, it keeps saying "wrong email and password combination", I have no problem getting into my facebook, I dont see "social gaming" in my facebook settings so not sure where this is?? Can you please help?? Ive reset my password numerous times now and it wont log me in. It will tell me if i used an old password but once i put in the right password….it tells me "wrong combination"!!! This must be an issue with Candy Crush App? Im running the latest IOS and everything is up to date. Please help!

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! And, yes! It does sound very weird🤔 I would suggest you to contact the King player Support team and send a complaint.
Since you are on mobile device, you should be able to send the complaint directly from your game.

ok I’ll try that. I believe I did that before and got generic solutions to try and that didn’t work. Will try again.
as an fyi - they replied with the exact same generic comment which none has helped! I’ve checked everywhere and still candy crush won’t recognize my username and password I use for Facebook. If I can’t login, I’ve lost over 15K worth of levels. Is there anyone from Candy Crush that can help?

how do I find my game ID? I’m in Canada

I'm afraid you will need assistance from our Player Support team so please reach out to them again but this time, select Lost Progress as the subject. If you get another auto reply, reply back again and wait as that will get an agent to answer you back.
If not, get back to me with your latest ticket # and I will reach out to Support and get them to reply back to you!
