I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing the Chocolate Box glitch in your game!
The Candy team is aware about this issue and they are investigating it. Unfortunately, until they fix the glitch, there is nothing you can do! Some players tried "reinstalling" their games! They lost their saved boosters and lives, but the issue was not resolved!
Please see if "clearing Cache" clears the issue (temporarily)! For some players, it did and of course, it came back!! For the rewards you are not able to receive, please contact the King Player Support team and request for your missing reward.

Chocolate box keeps reverting back to bronze level. I had finished the first task of the gold level and was working on the 2nd. Next time I opened the app (after only about 30 minutes) it was back to bronze. I should have had 2 days to finish the gold and got only about 1 hour. My app is up to date, no new updates since the last one that was just a few days ago. Please help!

I just wanted to let you know that the problem with the Chocolate Box getting stuck has been harder to pin down as it doesn't affect all users consistently but we are aware and still investigating.
We're gathering more data to identify a common cause and our developers are testing several solutions to ensure that future updates resolve this without causing other gameplay issues.
