How can i change my saved game progress from facebook to my king account (registered by my email)?

Yes, it did! In my first post, I have mentioned that I have synced my game long time ago, right? That's how I did that! But, that facility is not available anymore because King.com does not exist for these features!
Anyway, our Community In-charge told me that it will be best if you can contact the King Player Support team and seek their assistance to sync your game.
NOTE: You will have to choose either your cell phone or the Windows 10 App version. Like I said before, it is not possible to log in with King account on Browser versions.
Reach out to support while using the account they want the game to be backed up to (since you want to save your progress with King account, use those credentials).
Here are the steps to follow⬇️
Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. You do not have to pay attention to that, but send a reply to that automated email itself and provide all the details you can about the issue you have been experiencing.
An agent should be getting in touch with you soon. If nobody contacts you within 24 hours, please send another reply and remind them that you are still waiting for their assistance.
Hope everything goes well and the Player Support team will be able to resolve the issue soon🤞

With regards to that glitch on Windows 10 App —> It is not your game or device! Many of us (including me) have the same problem, not sure why!! So, I only log in with my King account on my Windows 10 App.
And the game on Firefox —> Since it is a browser, we can only play via Facebook! There is no other option! If we want to log in through King account, it will work only on App versions.

Doesnt matter what id do … - if i log in (or create a new) via King account i am at level 1 - if i log in via facebook, i am at level 16xxx
