I also have the same problem on my iPhone. Online I read where it says to delete FB and enter in your email & password before reinstalling FB. I did that 3-4 times, it still keeps saying my email and password combination is invalid. Really annoying, can’t get into my own account; especially after entering MY info 100% correct!! And obviously King hasn’t figured out how to fix it either…. smdh
Some features are back, but I still have to reconnect to Facebook every time, all my friends & lives are gone. My daily machine went backwards to 20 days too. It’s like I have no history. It’s very frustrating and disappointing. Why play a game where you lose everything.
Are y'all going to replace the boosters we have lost due to game issues?

hello I’m having the exact same issue! It says my password and email is incorrect with Facebook! Can you please help?? I did end up removing both Facebook and candy crush as I read multiple solutions but it’s not working and now I’ve lost everything! Please help!
I am using iPhone 15 pro max and I have the same problem of connecting with Facebook, tell me please how you solved it
the exact same is happening here. Support is not helpful at all. Approach given by support was to login with the king account and then get the progress that I had made (with the Facebook Account) restored. Once I had done so, the support told me that a restore of the former progress is not possible.
Dear Support Team - I am losing 13.000 levels here. This is a no go.
