Can you please tell me what is happening when you try to sync both accounts? Do you see an error message? If so, can you post a screenshot of that error message?

Many thanks to you, l already tried most of these steps , I will try the others, but I want to tell you that this problem happened only with iPhone, I still have android phone and no problem with Facebook connection, and my progress still exist active in my Facebook app .
So it seems the problem only with iPhone or iOS in general
