I recently changed my phone and have lost my 60 gold bars. How do i get them back?

Hi @lakai, thank you for posting here in the community. Are you playing your game on a mobile device? Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

Please let me know your game ID. Gold Bars are linked to your account so once you are logged in again you will be able to see them.
If, for some reason they are not there it is likely that you have more than one account and you are logged into the wrong account :-)1 -
