Which device are you using to play the game? Since it has been 4 days since you bought the items, I would suggest you to request for the refund.

If you don’t have the email receipt then use this direct link. Scroll down to Order History and click on Report a problem

I bought them on the 19th of September 14.99 for was for 100 bars and 2.99 for other things didn’t get either of them but they got my money
