what has happened to bonus item like color bombs, fish I had over 100 of each item

Please try one more thing and see if brings back your Gold bars —> Log out of the game — close the App — shutdown your device and restart it after 3-5 minutes — reopen the App and log back in — open the game and see if the Gold Bars are back in the game.
If that didn't work, all you can do is to contact King Player Support team⬇️
The initial reply you receive will be an automated email with generic info. Please send a reply through that email and provide as many details as you can. After that, an agent should get in touch with you. Please keep screenshots of purchase receipts as they will work as proof of purchases and help with reimburses.

After installing the game, did you make sure that you are logged back into your game account?
When we log out of the game, the game thinks us as a "new" player! That's why, we cannot find our gold bars, level progress, etc.,

In King Saga games, only game progress and the Gold bars will be synced across the devices, as these are stored to King servers.
Whereas the boosters and lives are stored only on local memory of the device we are using. Because of that, when we change the device, your boosters aren't transferred. If you still have your old iPad and did not reinstall the game, you will find all your boosters safe & sound. Use those to play hard levels, while collecting boosters on your new device.
I have also lost all.my gold bars now after reinstalling the game that I have purchased
I play on an iPad. Just got a new one…all my levels have been maintained not boosters

Which device are you using to play the game? Did you change the device you regularly use?
If using a mobile device, did you reinstall the game?
If using a computer - Facebook browser, did you update your browser OR the software on your computer?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
