You might have noticed that @akcc has mentioned above that the level in their game is fixed. And, another player also posted —> HERE, that after updating the game, their level is also fixed!
Let's try few things please! I see from one of your above comments that you are playing the game on iPhone and Asus Laptop! Did you try on your phone or the laptop?
On laptop, are you playing on Facebook browser or the App version on Windows 10/11?
If Facebook browser, can you please try this —> Log out from Facebook — Close the browser(s) and shutdown the laptop — restart it after 2tot minutes, and reopen the browser tab and log back into Facebook — open the game and check your level.
Even the App version, please do the same —> Log out of the game — close the App — restart the laptop and reopen the App - log back in!

hi, I’m now on holiday in Greece so can only use the App! I’ve just logged out of the App and logged back in and I still have the rockets.
I’ve replayed and replayed and replayed until I’ve used all my lives. The rockets keep refreshing.
hi, I’ve just got an update in the App Store and it hasn’t fixed the problem. I still have the rockets. I’ve logged out, restarted, everything without success.
this is my current situation. 1st rocket blasts chocolate and 2nd destroys keys. I’m left with 4 rockets which only enhance the rest of the game but render it unplayable. Update hasn’t worked
Have you tried to contact Player Support? I think that must be your best chance of getting this fixed now. Contact them via the app using Settings, then the ? icon and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Or maybe if you let us know your player ID @FluffyDinosaur can help you out?
yes tried Player support and sent them all my screenshots. They’ve now asked me to fill in a questionnaire on ‘how did they do’ when they haven’t fixed the issue. I need to reach out to fellow players as I suspect this will only get fixed if more people are having the same issue.
Reply to their email, again with the screenshots, and tell them the problem has not been fixed. That used to work for me a year ago, but I'm not sure if that still helps now. In the past I have gotten lucky with them by keeping to reply to their emails.
