No updates and always same answers what to do with no success.Obviously it’s a problem with the game and not with our phones,PC or internet connection!!Very frustrating that nobody gives a update about it for which I believe this site was or is!
this has been going on for quite a while. Your suggested solutions put it on us when obviously with so many players having this issue, for months, it is an issue with the game. Is anyone even looking at this? How about an update?

I'm not able to buy extra moves and win some levels because of this problem. Please HELP!
Well there goes my super color bomb and win streak.
I wonder how long it will take before it times out.
Today I played through one episode (levels 15801-15815) winning the race, using gold bars to finish levels on the first try. However, I started the next level (15816-15830) and on the very first level could not access my gold bars to finish the level and therefore, lost my extra boosters for first try streaks. Then once I completed that level on the second try, the episode race did not begin and the flag icon said I must finish level 15816 (I completed 15831 and the episode!) to begin the race! I finished the episode without the episode race ever starting and was unable to use my gold bars to finish levels.
Is this issue going to effect my win streak of 121 episodes?
on the verge of just quitting the game. Several times today I could have cleared the level I am on with just 1 or two more moves. Very frustrating when I can't buy coins to continue playing.

3 days now, I cannot buy any gold or boosters in the store. Please fix, as I cannot continue to play. I was very close to completing a level and couldn't because I didn't have enough gold bars to buy more. And it keeps saying there is an error, no money was removed from my account, try again later. Over 3 days, I have tried a dozen times!
Has the store issue been fixed yet? Have have plenty of gold bars and I cannot use them.😓😓😓

All of the above was done. My bank was charged for the purchase. In Season Pass it shows, but extended lives are not showing at top right. Screen says "No more switches available OOPS CAN'T PROGRESS
Yes, agree. On Android. Screen is saying no more switches available OOPS CAN'T PROGRESS. Extended lives are not showing at left top. Stuck using up a life with each screen that is stuck MUSIC CONTEST. Need a refund if two purchases.
when will this be fixed? Frustrating as hell. Using an iPhone. Losing gold bars and boosters. Also when I try to collect boosters my ads freeze and I have to close them eithout getting the boosters.
@QueenB Same here and it's so unfair, I used up quite a number of my boosters, yet it has gone to waste. I should have completed the level.
These comments are not being paid attention to. The monitors of this game are not even replying with purchases made that were unable to be used. Quite a fraud when you consider how many people are on these platforms saying the same thing. Crashes, all phone types, non connection and even when the purchase goes through it is not showing and the screen isn't allowing forward progression. Someone needs to address.
This purchase is not showing up in main map in my lives left hand corner. I am not able to progress in the MUSIC CONTEST It is not reputable and also not fair. Put the purchase on my main page map so I can utilize it.

When companies conduct contests they have to follow certain legal mandates in response to purchases made. This company has done a lot of promising and promoting but has not followed up on these technical issues. I am an Auditor.

I can't connect to play store at all. I was first on the music thing and I have been stuck on level hole day and now I'm 3 on there.
Plus when I removed and download the game I lost my extra moves and one bug that I had catched. I'm connected to Facebook and everything else is fine.

Very disappointed! I lost my position in the music competition. I play on Android phone. @Peaches12 I borrowed your screen shot to use as an example. I didn't take one of my screen when it occured to me. This is exactly what my screen showed. Lost my win streak too
