Ad rewards are not working
Hi, for the last couple of weeks the rewards for watching an ad have not been given. When watching an ad in order to receive extra moves at the end of a level I get nothing. This is after ensuring I watch the entire ad and not cutting it off early. It’s getting so frustrating I’d prefer not to play until this is fixed.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

thank you for the reply, however I note from other threads that the ads have been in test phase for years now. Plus from my experience over the last 5 or more years playing that until recently the ad/ reward system was working perfectly. I’ve reached lv 13264 so I do have some experience in this matter. There must have been some change to the system that has affected the function

Are you not receiving the Ads OR you are receiving Ads but, experiencing issues while watching those Ad videos?
If you are experiencing issues, can you please explain what kind of issues are those? Are the Ads freezing or getting a Black screen?

hi mate, so it’s when I’m trying to get more moves at the end of a level I have nearly passed. The normal time when you’re offered to watch three ads to get 4 moves, then 2 then a ufo thing.
I watch the first ad all the way through, making sure it plays to the end. Then when I close it I’m sent back to the option to spend gold to get extra moves. And obviously don’t even receive the first lot of rewards, ie the 4 extra moves.1 -

From your explanation about the glitch, I think it is best to report these Ads and the issue to King Player Support team. You can send this complaint directly from your mobile game.
Please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
- In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
- The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
- Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
NOTE: If it is multiple Ad videos that are causing this issues, you might have to send separate complaints for each glitchy Ad.
