Just updated Candy Crush app with latest update.Try to open app and it reverts to the background and goes to my iPad home page.I have tried multiple things to try and resolve.My King account just says Kenneth JamesI sync with my Facebook account ... am currently at level 9328.
I have enough iPad storage. I have restarted my iPad multiple times. I have deleted my cache.
Both iPad and candy crush saga are up to date.
I do not want to lose my level; I have been playing Candy Crush for years.
Please advise steps to follow to resolve

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Since you have saved the game though Facebook/King account, you do not have to worry about losing your game progress.
When did you update the game and when did the game start crashing?
Can you please try these steps and see if gets better —> log out of the game and close the App — shutdown your device — wait for 10 minutes and log back in — see if you can enter into the game without any issues.
