In-App payments not working - Candy Crush

For the last week I have not been able to make any in-app payments on Candy Crush Saga. My server is working fine and I have emptied my cache but it just doesn't go through at all. It is a blank screen. Can you possibly help.

    • Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
    • Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version

    I have a stable internet connection. I have just restarted the game and I have tried another payment and all I am getting is a white screen with a buffering wheel.

    Any help would be grateful. I have restarted the app, my phone, have a secure internet connection. Once I pick which purchase I like it takes me through to the confirmation of payment and then I get a white screen with a buffering wheel. Please help as I don't know what else to do.

    TThis Is exactly what I am still getting today,23nd October 10.30 gmt,and has been like this for over a week. King please get it working.

    I am sorry to hear that you both are experiencing an issue with the App Store!

    I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about the issue.

    Since you are on mobile device, please follow below steps⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on ? icon in Settings window;
    • Go down to "Purchases" and click on it;
    • Select one of the suitable options and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form. Make sure to pick correct options at "Topic" & "subtopic";
    • Submit your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email as an initial reply, which contains some troubleshooting steps that you have already tried! This automated email is norm after sending our complaint. Please send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue. If you have any screenshots, include those as well.

    An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours(max)! If you did not receive anything after 2 days, please send another reply and inform the, that you are still waiting for their assistance.

    Hi There, I have followed all of the information and it still doesn't work. I have enough space on my Android phone. I cannot take a screen shot because it is where the payment confirmation whirls around and it tells me that "This app doesn't allow images". I really don't know what to do now.
