My wins are not being added. This has been an issue for weeks! Help!!

We know it's frustrating that levels aren't counting, and we understand how important this contest is to all of you. The studio is actively working on it, but the fix is taking longer than expected due to some technical complexities.

It looks like a few of you have run into a snag with the Weekly Contest, where levels are not being counted toward the event. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience, and we want to assure you that our studio team is on the case!
They’re working hard behind the scenes to fix the issue as quickly as possible, so you can get back to climbing those leaderboards. We know how important these contests are for all of you!

This problem has been going on for over 3 weeks now and thats all they say that they are working hard behind the scene for a fix. It does not seem like it when they have had 3 weeks already. Will it ever be sorted out or are they pulling wool over our eyes
I just passed 3 more levels and I'm still at 11 on the weekly contest. It should be 14. It just adds levels when it feels like. Why??????

Weekly contest still not counting the levels passed correctly. I have passed 7 levels today but on weekly contest only shows 5. Just wondering is this ever going to be sorted out as this is dragging out a long time
It should not take this long to fix when we are spending money with you! I won 30 levels today and only showing 19! I should be top of the leaderboard but I’m not. Why would anyone make in-app purchases or even carry on playing if we cannot get our rewards?
Now it minus a level when you lose this is not making sense. I just passed 5 levels on adventure path and another 2 it added a couple of levels then it stopped adding and when I lost it minused a level. Why is this happening??? No answers yet ???
Weekly contest still not adding won levels. I have been playing for years also on level 9000 + and never had too many issues until recently.

The weekly contest seems to be not adding my levels when I win. I emailed supporter said they are looking into it but nothing yet. You know how you pass 10 levels and get those special color bombs? Well I did and my level on the weekly contest stays the same. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
It is still the same. Levels won does not get counted correctly. 3 weeks this problem has been going on and it seems the studio still cannot fix it.

this still isn’t working? I have played and won 60 levels this week but only 40 showing? I won 15 today but it only recorded 10 😞
i had this problem for weeks of not having my wins not being accounted for. I wonder what’s candy crush is doing about this.
Why am I not able to collect gold after I win level? I have won 5 levels and no gold.

Unfortunately, there is no change in the Weekly Contest glitch since the last time you have reported the issue. Your question was —> HERE.
And, I have to give you the same answer as last time. But, there is one progress though! If you are playing the game on a mobile device, you can see that the issue is highlighted in game "Help Center"! I have requested for an update from our Community In-charge! Hopefully, we will have news soon🤞

Think it's sorted now but annoyingly I did lose 6 points today (more over the previous couple of days). Hoping this doesn't happen again! Over the 13 years plus I've been playing Candy, I've never experienced this kind of thing. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞
