Candy Crush Saga freezes and you cannot play (see screenshot) iPhone&ipad. Someone posted about same problem in discussions. I have also got elecctric candies discussed in the support forum elsewhere, would that make freezing ?
Well that is the problem with unexplained glitches @Tarsan62 just because you aren't always 'put back into' the Adventure Path it doesn't mean that the Path isn't causing issues in the background.
That said it could just be that you are suffering from one of the many other unresolved issues that causes people's games to freeze.
One of the issues has been going on for over a year and you can tell that King aren't interested in resolving the issue because there isn't a so-called collection thread for the issue.
Generally speaking most of the grey screen issues that occur can be resolved by the player restarting their game and I guess that is why King do not seem bothere about fixing issues that have been going on for so long.
it freezes also in the regular game and when logging again in does not always put me back in the adventure path
Hello @Tarsan62 as you mentioned there are several posts about the game freezing and to be honest the issue of the game freezing has been going on for years now in one guise or another.
In your case I think it is more than likely it is the Adventure Path that is causing your issues. The Adventure Path has suffered from freezing and other issues since it was introduced, but King don't seem to be interested in fixing the issue. Because you can fix the issue by restarting your game it would appear that King aren't interested in improving the game experience of their players and just let people's game continue to freeze.
