Have you by any chance tried reinstalling the game app? I know it's scary but it solve the issue most of the time as there might be a cache that needs to get cleared.
If your game progress is correct according to the screenshot, 10 434, then you should get your game progress back no problem as long as you make sure you connect back to the same account it is connected to now.
As for the boosters, they might deleted as they get stored on the device but if the game is backed up to an iCloud account, they might get restored.

Also, which device do you play on and what is the game app version you have installed?
In the meantime, can you try restarting your device? Restarting your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) can help refresh the system and potentially fix any issues related to the game's functionality.
Hi already restarted my device - I am using an iPhone but it is the same on my iPad - it has only happened since I got a message saying there was an issue with my ad preferences which is stopping you receiving rewards - I pressed continue and accept all and this seems to have started the issue. Version 1.258.0.3 updated yesterday

Unfortunately the next time I went back into candy crush I got the same message about an issue being detected which is stopping me getting rewards and again pressed continue and the same thing happened as before - am I going to have to reinstall the app each time I want to play? 😬

Did you resolve this? The very same thing has just started happening to me. I deleted and reinstalled the app which worked for one play, but then the whole screen greyed out again. The only way I can play at the moment is by putting my phone on flight mode but then obviously I cannot use all the functions within the game.
has anyone found a solution? I am having the same issue! I updated my phone, I have plenty storage, restarted my phone, and deleted and reinstalled the app many times. When I delete and reinstall it lets me play for a few rounds and greys out again. I also lose my boosters everytime I do this. 😕
same thing happening to me, I’m using iPhone 12. Tried all suggestions, plays 1 level then greyed out & unresponsive

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the "Grey Screen" issue in your game!
It is not the issue with your devices, but the game itself! Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch and the Studio cannot find the cause!
We have been receiving frequent complaints about this but the glitch always gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player!
For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)! Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also! Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives.
I would recommend you report this issue to King Player Support team, so that they can record the issue in the system⬇️
Hopefully, the glitch will be resolved soon and you can play the game without any issues🍫🍫
