I was given ads a while ago but haven't received them since
Hi PummyRaj,
I'm embarrassed to ask because I'm not tech savvy but can you please tell me where I can find Version of the app and game ID?
Thank you, Kris
Hi @KrisKLπ€
Aw, no! No need to be embarrassed at allπ
Please check β> This Linkπ for step by step instructions to find your game ID number.
For version number β> Open Google "Play Store" β in the "Search bar", type Candy Crush Saga β you should see 2 results (usually); Select the one that doesn't have "Ad" and click on the name β the App will appear with all the info β now, scroll down till you see "What's new" and click on the right arrow you see β in that scroll down a bit till you see "Game info" β that's where you will see the version numberπ
Hi PummyRaj,
I think I finally got it all together!
Galaxy S21 5G
User ID: 13279763347
Version: 1.290.1.2
Thank you so much for your help!
Blessings,
Kris
Hi,
I'm curious when or if I'll hear something? My game is still at 22 moves. Should I do like someone suggested and just not play for a week? Because I sign in each day to see if there's a change.
Thank you in advance,
Kris
Thanks for being so patient @KrisKL !
@PummyRaj may have missed your answer above, so let me try tag the community manager for you.
@QueenB can you help this player please? We all get 26 moves for this level! 22 moves is not enough. This needs to get fixed!
Also I've just noted there was an update of the game today, so if you haven't already done so try to update the app @KrisKL and see if that might fix your problem.
Hi @KrisKL and @christinewupp,
Thanks for tagging me! I know it can be really frustrating when there arenβt enough moves to complete a level.
KrisKL, Iβd recommend trying to update the game if you havenβt already, as christinewupp mentioned. Sometimes updates can fix these kinds of issues by resetting the move count.
In the meantime, I'll share your feedback to the team. Let us know how it goes π
