I have a problem with game from along time after I'm lose any level, I can't see any ads to help me to solve the level , I mean the ads never appear to me

This is normal @_Ahmed_karam . A lot of players never see ads in their games. King give these out to some test groups but not to others. Also note that anyone who spends real money on Candy Crush will never see ads in their games. If you don't spend money maybe one day ads will appear but there is nothing we can do request them or bring them to our games.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
