Hello @zonahsu Yes there have been several reports of this. Apparently the studio is aware of this error and it has been reported. I would like to suggest that you contact Player Support via Settings in the app to report this. As they are aware of the problem and they have access to your purchase history they ought to be able to send you all the boosters you are missing, one would hope. Use Settings in the game so they automatically know your player ID. In settings (the small pink cogwheel) go to the ? icon and then scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at that bottom.
Apparently the season pass has an issue this week and I think it has been withdrawn from all of out games to get fixed. Please could you contact Player Support via Settings in your game (the small pink cogwheel at the top of your map screen) to report the error and ask for the boosters and lives that you paid for to be added to your game. Hello @QueenB Please could we please clarify what anyone who purchased the gold pass should do. Should they wait for the Season Pass to return, will Player Support give them all the missing rewards if they contact them, or should they ask for a refund from their payment agents?
