Hi All. This is an issue that King have been alterted to. Please could you contact player support so that they know you are being affected by this malfunction. To contact player support from your games use Settings (the small pink cogwheel) then choose the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Yes, happened to me too! I was not far off collecting the final rewards and it disappeared. Very frustrating!
Are you suggesting that anytime WE PAY for a promised service (rewards) that are available for specific amount of time, you can just yank it away from the account without warning?
Anyone else missing the season they paid for? I paid the $5 for the season yesterday and made it to the top tier. I did not use all rewards. The season is now missing and I don't have access to the rewards I didn't use. Has this happened to anyone else?
Anyone else has had problems with this please. Where you go up to 3 or 4 tier and then all of a sudden you start at the beginning again. So another words you will never go all the way to 10
Thank you for report it , In the meantime Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
Good Good morning But I woke up. I noticed my font was different. Also I was missing the piggy bank in my events tab and the season pass reward is also missing and I paid extra to have the gold level. That was not supposed to be done for another. I think 4 or 5 days? What happened?

Thanks for flagging this. The issue with the Season Pass not unlocking has already been reported to the studio by the Player Support team, and theyāre investigating.

Hello @shelleymac77 Welcome to the community. In fact you are not the first player to have complained about this in the past few days. Please do contact Player Support, best via the app. To do so use Settings in the game, which is the small pink cogwheel. There go to the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see Contact Us at the bottom. You will get an automated email at first but this should be followed up by a proper reply. If it does not reply to the first email and restate you case, include a screenshot if possible.
@QueenB I have noted at least three complaints of this nature this week but unfortunately the Community search option is so useless I cannot find the other posts. But this might need to be looked into.

is this the season pass as I donāt have access to this currently despite paying Ā£4.99 for 8 lives etc. I only have 5 and havenāt collected it.
my game just updated and I was hopeful the fix to the season pass issue would be resolved. However it is not! When will this be fixed? You stated we donāt need to contact customer support but Iām not confident this will be automatically compensated if I donāt contact support? Update please

OK I will state this politely. Costs have going up, some as much as 25% increase; the "pay to win" algorithm as taken away the fun; if you cannot win a game unless you pay, everything the game should be, fun and relaxing is gone. Season's Pass crashed; disappeared and many of us STILL had levels we had paid for gone. Where is the compensation? I had the highest level, 30 min, 2 cones, 1 lollpop hammer left. I paid for them. But never got to use them. So I am asking politely: WHERE IS THE COMPENSATION???

I unlocked the feature last time and didnt use all my available prizes before the game disappeared. I donāt see any of the ones I didnāt use given back to me. I donāt have any of the prizes. Shouldnāt I just get this season pass for free this time? It seems very rude to give me back something piecemeal when you guys are the ones that messed up.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingā¦
