I have tried everything and nothing works for Sugar Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga. I was fun while it lasted. Farewell.

my game locks up after 1 play. I have removed the app and reinstalled it several times. I have also updated my ipad. This is happening on my ipad and my iphone

yes exactly. I have played a couple time today seems to be working but I lost my fish and other candies

Grey screen" issue in both of my games will not load up in Facebook.

I deleted and then re-installed and lost all my boosters too 😩
The problem is still happening to me every time I try to play the game.I am using an iPhone and the game is the latest version.

I’m sorry to hear you’re facing this issue and losing your boosters after reinstalling must have been really frustrating. Don’t worry, there’s a hidden workaround that might help you unblock your game!
Here’s what you can do:
- Tap 5 times on the top-center of your screen. This will reveal a hidden "X" button.
- Tap the "X" button, and it should close the empty overlay and unblock your game.
Let me know if this works for you! If the issue persists, you can always contact Support through these steps:
- Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
- Tap on the "?" (Help Center) and select the topic of your issue.
- Select "Contact Us" at the bottom and provide details about the problem (screenshots help a lot!).
