Why will my new phone not pull up the right level. I changed out my phone and my old one still has me at level 2630 or something like that. But my new phone has my account on there. But not the correct level
Hi @trevorgreen I cannot see any other player icons on either of your screenshots. This does look unusual to me and might be a sign that you are not connected to the server. Please check what happens if you click on your inventory: Click on your player icon, the cow picture. You should see all your boosters. Now click on one of the boosters. I get an offer to buy if I am connected and an error message if not connected. See below.
Please could you check this out in your game to verify if yours is a connection issue.
I am having no connection issues. Both are logged in under my Apple account. First picture is my old phone. Second is my new one.

Are you experiencing any connection issues on your new phone? Or are you able to log into the game without any issues?
Can you post a screenshot of your game map from both devices for me to see?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
