yes itseems like forever! Would love to get my 30 gold bars.
I have been having issues collecting the Gold Bars for the last 3 to 4 days. When the claim button is selected the Gold Bars are not added to my account.

I can collect rewards but even though I an on the gold chocolate box my rewards are minimal. Two speckled candies, a wrapped and striped candy, a lollipop hammer and a hand switch. No go,d bars.
Also my game will not update on my iPhone after I pass levels on my iPad.
the chocolate box is locked onto my game and I cannot make it disappear to be able to play the game again
Hello @Jodags all you can do is close your game and start again.
The frozen Chocolate Box is an issue that has been going on for quite some time now, so I am not sure if King are still looking at it.

I can complete the gold chocolate box but it does not give me rewards. I hit claim and it just starts a new box. No gold bars or other rewards are given. This has been happening for two weeks. I have earned over 200 gold bars and numerous boosters that have not been given.
Hello! The chocolate box has been preventing me from playing at all for a few days now. It appears immediately when I start the game and I can't close it.
King obviously doesn't care as I haven't been able to use my chocolate box in months and I really don't care anymore.
I never noticed problems with the box of chocolates, maybe I did, I don't usually pay attention to these things, but have there really been problems for so many months and no one does anything to solve them? it's so weird
