Why have you stopped the ads for extra moves with the ufos etc, so that we can uss only our gold bars if we need wxtra moves. Thats just not right!
I am glad to hear you have not fallen for their money grabbing trap. You are correct, the game has gone downhill hugely in the past two years. There is nothing much we can do. Many players just choose to quit. King count on new players joining to replace us.

Thank you, I have never made a purchase on any of these games and have realised that that is what they want us to do, so they disable these extra features / bonuses so that we get "encouraged " to make purchases.
Also note all these issues only arose after Microsoft acquired King's parent company and since then we the payers are experiencing on going issues
Hello @Sandyp7608 I wonder if you made any purchases in these months with real money? If you did then that is the reason your video ads never returned. Any player spending money in the game is expected to spend more, so King do not allow them to watch videos for freebies.

It's veen months now that you have stopped ads with the ufos etc, so when do you think you guys will bring this back. I have been playing this game approximately 10 years and this has always been a feature, but now you you say this is a test feature! Have you been testing this for over 10 years? I just think that you removed it so that we purchase the boosters instead of the ads and this is actually nor fair!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
