Hello @Munster This "event" is fixed by King to encourage us to play more levels than we normally would. In fact I think this week all of us are paired with players new to the game. Check this thread:

level 17113 I have 35 moves some people have 40 ! Even with 40 not actually possible to pass so to pass you’ll have to pay with a ton of boosters or buy moves …….

level 17122 I have 32 allocated moves others have 37 or 39 classed as normal level cannot be passed without many boosters or buy moves !

level 17124 25 moves absolutely nowhere near enough moves to collect the orders just not possible, difficult to see how this level got passed for play even for kings terrible greedy standards

Yeepy i have just completed 5000 levels,gotta crush some candies

level 17173 allocated 35 moves took 60 ! Then you only get to level 17175, 31 moves absolutely nowhere near enough to get anywhere near passing! Candy crush is a good game but certainly not that good to pay to pass every other level
