For the second time this week, the final gummy bear was not released on a level I was playing. Over 10 moves, bought more moves, lost a streak, candy royal progress, spent bars and money. etc, etc. Very frustrating.
Hello. This glitch was indeed fixed long ago @donegal and therefore your problem must be of a different nature. Note that this thread is almost two years old and the "last gummi not dropping" glitch was fixed after these posts were made. Please could you specify which level you are playing, so one of us can check the level out to see what the problem is. Thanks!
This needs to be fixed asap. No way can I enjoy this game if you make it impossible.
Hi there. It happens to a lot of people. Don't ever waste gold on this glitch! If the final gummi doesn't drop it won't drop, whatever you do.

The issue is being investigated but al you can do for now is replay the level. Force close the Apps and Log in again . for more info Here

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
