Can you please tell me which level you were supposed to be at?
When you find yourself at level # 1, do you see a cartoon avatar or your own avatar at level # 1?

I am now able to play but will not take me to the high level I was on.
I am playing candy crush saga on facebook, i do not use multiple devices and cannot take a screenshot as the link will not take me there
No settings on facebook.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and play any level
If the Levels still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseโs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have notโฆ
