why isn’t my account accurately reflecting the number of butterflies I have clicked on during several games? My account shows that I only have two out of six butterflies when I have consistently clicked on several more. How can this be fixed?
I'm just wondering if you actually went on to pass those levels @LilliR ? Clicking on the butterflies is not enough, we then also have to win those levels on that attempt.
Contact King at the bottom, they will try to help you out. Just scroll down and click on "Contact Us" below the King's logo, and report it.
I did all that and just clicked on another butterfly and it still only shows I have 2!!

Sometimes, progress from certain in-game features like the Butterfly event doesn't always sync right away, especially if you switch devices, have a spotty connection, or the game needs a refresh. Here are a few things that might help:
🔹 Force-close and reopen the game 🔹 Make sure you're connected to the internet and logged into your King account 🔹 Check for updates — sometimes bugs are fixed in newer versions 🔹 Play a couple more levels and see if the butterfly count updates afterward

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
