Lost access to Facebook

Hi King Support,

I need help recovering my old Candy Crush account. It was linked to this old Facebook:

I’ve lost access to that Facebook, and now I use a new one. My progress was over level 8000 and I really want to recover it.

I already contacted support but only received a general response that didn’t help. I’m happy to provide any info needed to prove it’s my account.

Please help me recover and transfer my progress to my new Facebook.

I have the same issue as mentioned above. I lost access to facebook and I have a created an account that is now at Level 1.

Please follow up on my email. I didn't receive a ticket number yet, even though I filled out your form last week. I thought I did but maybe I didn't. Anyway I requested it now in German.

The automatic transfer from facebook to email didn't work as mentioned in your FAQ.

Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
