Program the game to recognize the difference between actually failing a level and having to switch to a different task on the phone and the game deciding to reboot. Game crashes should not sacrifice win streaks or super candy bombs.

I tried your suggestions but still unable to post - it just saves it as a draft.
My device is an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 15.8.5
The posting issue has only started recently.

Thanks For responding @Charleyfarley. My final suggestion is to copy your content and paste it into a "new" discussion and see if you can post it. If you can't post the new discussion, delete your old draft while you still have the content copied, and try again. If this doesn't work, repeat our standard troubleshooting steps. I will share this new issue with @QueenB. She will be back soon and will appreciate knowing your type of device and platform.

I donāt think you can leave ācategoryā blank and the only options are ādiscussionsā (default), āoff-topicā and ālevel help and tipsā. I left it as ādiscussionā because the other two didnāt seem appropriate.
I have been using the same device to play for the last 5 years so unlikely that this is the problem.
Possibly unrelated but Iām not receiving the tag emails either.

King's development team is aware that players are unhappy with events, such as the Star Tournament that require "new levels" only. Unfortunately, this is unlikely to change in the near future. Community managers continue to monitor this feedback from players and share it with King's development team.
Regarding the "draft" function in this Community, I share your frustration. I assume you have already tried our standard troubleshooting steps to ensure the issue is not related to your device. Did you notice the new drop-down menus near the top of your new discussion? Were all fields prepopulated?ā¦or was the "Category" field empty, thereby requiring you to select the "Discussion" category? Were you in the CCS game forum when you retrieved your draft?
The "draft" issues might be an intended consequence of ongoing efforts to improve the new layout. You can be assured that our Community Managers will work with this site's development team to resolve all issues with the "draft" functionality, but theys might not be resolved during the weekend.

Thanks for sharing this! I get why you'd want the game to tell the difference between actually failing a level and the app crashing or switching tasks. Losing a win streak or a Super Candy Bomb because of something outside your control feels rough.
Just so you know, the streak system is tied directly to finishing a level, so anything that interrupts the app like crashes, forced restarts, switching to another task at the wrong moment will unfortunately breaks the chain. Iām not saying thatās ideal, just explaining how it currently works.
Iām passing your feedback along because youāre absolutely right that crashes and technical issues shouldnāt count the same as a real loss.
