Boosters lost

Question

Hi, I had to reload the game as it wouldn’t connect to Facebook. All my boosters have gone and I’ve been pushed back a level to one I’ve just passed with the help of several boosters. Please help!

Here are some tips for not facing this kind of problem in the future,Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.Close all background running app before start this game.And check some troubleshooting here 
Clear App CacheIt will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps/Application manager > Choose the app candy crush saga > Tap Clear cache option.
Free Up Storage SpaceTo make enough room for the wanted apps, there are two options: delete files from device or move the files to SD card. You can remove some useless apps, old photos, videos and songs to free up space. Or move unnecessary apps to SD card: go Settings > Apps or Application manager > select one app > choose Move to SD card option.
Check your app updateApp developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily. Check your app Update .
Update the device softwareIf there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. Hi @firebombmarkus @Sukanta_Biswas  thank u for take the time to answer my question, but I have neither deleted the game nor installed it again.  It suddenly happened that I lost them when I entered the game it had logged out suddently and I connected it to my facebook.  I got my levels back but unfortunately not my boosters☹️ But thank u for trying 😊 i guees i have to start over with Collect boosters again.  Must hope there will be more courses soon as I have reached the last.😅

Hi @safa87 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 As @Sukanta_Biswas already explained to you the boosters are saved on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even when we are offline. Unfortunately, if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose all the boosters. I am not sure I can understand from your post what happened to your game. Did you change the device or reinstall the game? Were your boosters purchased or earned through quests and daily rewards?

As for your level progress, you can restore them if you were connected with Facebook or King account. Please follow the steps on the link below.
