I've stopped on this level and i think it's a bug or thms. I have just 27 moves (should tell first that in all videos even downloaded a week ago and in all descriptions of the level it's 40) and there is 4 items to fall, But I never saw all 4, because they appears just 3 times in 27 moves. 1-st when it's 20 left, 2-nd when it's 10 or 8 and 3-d when it is 2 or 1. And that's it. The 4th one just don't come. Have no idea what to do. Even when I had 5 more moves, the 4th item didn't come.
