Why am i unable to sync my progress between two devices?

    My problem has been successfully solved.
    What i did?
    I emailed the Candy Crush team about my issue and they got in touch with me and helped me get on track to where am currently at.

    Thanks a lot to this exciting and adorable community for all the help!

    I have the exact same problem. In my case I upgraded from a galaxy s7 to the s10 and even after trying all the tips and tricks, I still can't get the s10 to see my s7's 1630 levels. The s10 will only show up to 967. Also it claims that I'm at level 891. What did the team need to do to resolve your issue?
