@yoopernurse The boosters and lives we collect are stored on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this means that if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose all the boosters, as well as lives. Only gold bars are stored on King's servers and you won't lose them unless you purchase something. Therefore, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips from r safeguarding your boosters.

Boosters and lives can be reset due to several reasons - as they are items saved locally in your device, they can be reset when your device clears some memory. You will find more details about safeguarding your boosters here.

For gifted boosters and lives we recommend using them as you go instead of stocking piling, in this way you will make sure you'll get the most use out of these items. As all of the items were earned I can't add them back but I did add a small booster package to your game to help you get started again.
