If you have a Windows 10 machine, please be aware that you can download the game app and you shouldn't have issues with tickets. Just be sure to connect the game app to your kingdom account and you'll pick up where you left off. Download the game app here.
I have the game app on Windows 10 but I still can't send lives to Friends below my level. If I win my level, then I can scroll all the way down to the 400 level and play an easy one and win, then I can send Lives to the Friends below me.
