Hello! My Candy Crush App on my iPad will not connect to the internet.

what can I do?

    I was able to connect to Candy Crush Saga with no issues yesterday, till last night, it keeps saying I am not able to get into the kingdom at this time, to try again later, I checked for app updates, and all my settings, still nothing, I am on my fire kindle, and connect through fb from the app, I also can not connect to King, through the app settings, it just keeps loading, a few times as I clicked connect through fb, it just keeps loading also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am also not able to connect and cannot collect rewards. I have done the troubleshooting but nothing is working. IOS 12.3.1 and on iPad

    Hello,

    here are are the screen shots. Just updated the app and still doesn’t work. The game does work on my iPhone and I am to log in however i have played it on my iPad, always.

    We are very sorry for your problem. For several reasons your game app can be corrupted, 
    And if this is the case, the problem can not be solved without uninstalling the game app.
    While playing If the game app is crashing, the game app may be corrupted.

    Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
    Make your device software auto update.
    Make your game app auto update.
    Don't open game when battery below 25%
    Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
    Close all background running app before start this game.
    Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
    Keep RAM free.

    In the current situation you will have to uninstall and reinstall and you will lose the booster, which is not refundable.

    Thanks! But it went on for weeks. I had to uninstall the game and lost everything but my progress and that started from the level I was on when it started acting up. A little disappointing.

    It has been going on 2 weeks for me now.

    i do not want to lose all of my boosters that I have built up...completely not fair that those do save to your profile especially if you have paid for them.

    Fill all the boxes with tropic & sub- tropic, and wait for the answer from the customer care.
    Of course you'll get the boosters back, which you bought.
